What Makes Our Gata Special?
All products are made to order, preservative free, in small batches with fresh, all-natural ingredients. All products are taste tested by extremely honest and constructive critics (my children). If we can't pronounce the ingredients, it has no place in our kitchen.

As a wife and mama (մամա) of three lively boys, I’ve kept my family’s tradition of baking alive—always from scratch, always by hand and always from the heart. What began as baking for friends and family turned into a passion, because food isn’t just about nourishment—it’s truly about connection.
Today, I’m proud to carry on my late mother Nvart’s legacy through the original “Gata Mama” recipe—handmade with love, care, passion and only the best natural ingredients. My mom never cut corners, and neither do I. If it’s not good enough for my family, it’s not good for yours...that's my promise.
From my kitchen to your heart and home, I’m so excited to share Armenian hospitality, sweetness, culture, and love—one gata/գաթա at a time.
